Brooklyn is perfect for all water-based activities such as boating, fishing and water skiing. Hire boats catering for all tastes are readily available and you can catch water taxis from our marina to the local restaurants and islands. There are also ferries so you can visit unique places like Dangar Island. The lower Hawkesbury River is a beautiful area with plenty of places to explore by boat.

There is an abundance of things to do in the Brooklyn area. Top quality seafood restaurants cater to all tastes and budgets. There are parks, walks, enclosed sandy swimming pools, shops, cafes, clubs and a hotel. You can visit the reptile park, Somersby Falls, wildlife sanctuaries and walk the historic Great Northern Road. Magic places like Berowra Waters, Patonga, the Hunter Valley and Wisemans Ferry are all in easy reach by boat or car.
