Our Rates
As all Apartments are privately owned, below are minimum rates and purely a guide. Rates will vary from season to season.
Please refer to the contact numbers on the Home Page to clarify Apartment rates.

Weekends $150 per night
2 nights minimum
Mid week $150 per night for 1 night
$140 per night for 2 or more nights

* Apartment rates vary depending on configuration, views, etc. To confirm actual rates for each Apartment, please ring direct.

Allows for up to 2 people (couple). Additional charges apply for extra people and services.

Marina Berths Marina Berth rates are:
  • $30.00 per day
  • $39.00 per metre per month for long-term berths, with a minimum of $380.00 per month
  • The above prices include water and electricity
  • $5.00 per night per person staying onboard overnight
  • All guests must comply with Authority' s requirements


As all apartments are privately owned, payment arrangements may vary.

Check-in time is from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival. Early arrival may be possible if arranged with Owner.

Check-out time is 10.00 am on the day of departure. Late departure may be possible if arranged with Owner.

No smoking in or around the Apartment complex.

Cancellation fees will be charged. Please clarify with owner of apartment.

If cancellation is advised 2 weeks or more before the booked arrival date, the cancellation fee is $50.00

  • If cancellation is advised within 2 weeks before the booked arrival date, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total booking fee.
  • If cancellation is advised on the day of arrival or there is no arrival, then the cancellation fee is the full booking amount.
Terms & Conditions
Rates and tariffs may be changed without notice, but once a deposit for a booking has been received they will not change for that booking. The bookings are not confirmed until the agreed deposit has been received by the Owner.

The rates above will be used as a guide only to calculate the final booking price, but the actual final price will be the one agreed between the guest and the Owner and noted in the booking sheet for the booking.

The name given for our information on the booking sheet will be the contact person responsible for that booking and is responsible for full payment for all costs.

Guests must at all times be considerate of the other guests staying on the premises and not engage in activity that may result in damage or harm.

No cats, dogs or other pets are allowed on the premises due to health and bird life.

The Owners reserve the right to terminate a booking and require guests to leave the premises at any time if the Owner believes discomfort, damage or harm may result from the continuation of that stay. A bond or payment for damages may be required.
